摘　　要：建设"五优"医院是战区在所属医院持续开展的,旨在加强医院全面建设、促进医院科学发展的医院管理活动。医院通过抓内涵质量的升级、抓服务措施的改革、抓保障能力的磨砺,巩固发展基础、提高服务质量、增强了医院的保障能力。从实践中体会到,坚持创新发展,是不断提升"五优"品质的基础;利用社会资源,是提高"五优"建设速度的有效途径;更新服务理念,是深化优质服务措施的关键;调动科室和个人的积极性,是"五优"建设动能力的源泉;与阶段性管理工作结合,是"五优"建设的长效机制。Establishing Wuyou hospital is the management activity developed by Jinan military area command in the subordinate hospitals since 1999,in order to strengthen the comprehensive construction and promote the scientific development.These hospitals consolidated the development foundation,increased the quality of service,and enhanced the supportability through the escalation of intrinsic quality,reform of service measures,and the buildup of supportability.From the practices,we knew that the continuous promotion of Wuyou construction quality was based on the persistence of innovative development,utilization of social resource was the efficient path to enhance the Wuyou construction speed,update of service theory was the key to deepen excellent service measures,stimulation the faculty and individual enthusiasm was the kinetic force source of Wuyou construction,and the combination with staged work was the long effect mechanism of Wuyou construction.
