专科医院与社区医院之间双向转诊的实证分析

摘　　要：目的本研究在某儿科医院为例的基础上,为新医改中二级医疗网络建设提供政策建议。方法现场调查。结果社区医院与专科医院或综合医院专科难以转诊的原因在于:社区医院力量薄弱,患者心理等因素。结论组建医疗集团是一个很好的解决办法,在医院中设立专职机构加大宣传也能够推动该项活动。Objective To propose policy recommendation on secondary medical system network construction for latest medical reform based on research in a pediatric hospital.Methods Field survey was carried out in this study.Results The factors that cause the difficulty on patient referral between community hospitals and tertiary hospitals are under-development of community hospitals,psychological concerns of patients and etc.Conclusions Establishing health groups is a pragmatic way to solve the problem and setting up special department within hospital to enhance publicity will push forward this program as well.
