摘　　要：结合应急救援卫勤保障的特点要求和上级赋予医院的任务,按照"模块化抽组、功能化组训、系统化集成"的原则,医院科学组建了国家应急医疗救援队,以任务为牵引,积极促进国家应急医疗救援队保障能力的生成,实现当年组建,当年生成保障力,经受了海地救援等实战的检验。Combining the characteristic and demands of medical support,fulfilling authority mission,we conducted national emergency medical team.The team was established by modularized grouping,functional training and systematical integration.Based on missions,we increasingly strengthened the national emergency medical team ability in the same year of establishment.The team has fulfilled the Haiti earthquake rescue.
