摘 要:本文依据排队论,研究现有医院船医疗救治资源,通过给定伤病员总数、种类、病情及分布比例,遵照对应伤病类型的救治流程,模拟计算并获得医院船的伤病员通过率和各种过程数据,通过仿真计算结果和海上实际救治过程相互对照研究,为医院船医疗救治的卫勤管理研究提供有效性评估和论证分析依据。Queuing theory was applied to build the simulation system for medical treatments on hospital ship to realize imitation and computation of dynamic process of martial medical treatments.Given the amount of the wounded and different distribution of wound type,by means of using the current medical resources on medical ship,obeying the specific medical treatments rules,the passing ratio of the wounded and the process data of medical treatments are available with the application of the system.These results compared with practice data can provide the validity evaluation,argumentation and analysis ground to the research on medical treatments of hospital ship,provide new ways and means to this study.
