摘　　要：本文阐述军队医院聘用医务人员管理的相关机制,探讨聘用人员管理、培养、激励、托管等管理机制,研究通过构建拴心留人的环境,有效解决医院人力不足的矛盾,使聘用制医务人员成为军队医院建设发展的一支重要力量。The article made some discussion on the mechanism of medical employee management in military hospital,including administration,training,prompting and trusteeship.The author put forward that hospital should have made up a charming environment to resolving the problem of staff shortage to make the medical employee to be an important force in military hospital development.
