摘　　要：国内医疗机构住院病案中纸张规格多沿用传统习惯,以A4标准纸张为主,又同时存在部分非标准规格纸张,直接影响病案的装订、保存和使用。规范和统一住院病案中所有纸张的规格,使住院病案更加美观,且在不增加人力成本的情况下,实现住院病案实时扫描存储,方便医务人员和患者对病案的使用。The paper specification of medical records in medical institutions remains A4-oriented;however,some non-standard papers also exist,which directly influence the binding,preservation and utilization of medical records.The paper specification should be normalized and unified to make medical records more beautiful without increasing human resources,real-time scanning and storage of medical records were realized,which contributes to the utilization of medical records from medical staff and patients.
