摘　　要：病案实现无纸化是病案管理的发展方向。本文通过对病案管理现状的分析,对比病历无纸化的优势,阐述病案无纸化发展的瓶颈和解决问题依据,得出结论:病案无纸化将成为未来卫生信息管理的必然趋势,具有广阔的发展前景。Paperless medical records are the future direction of medical records management.Through analyzing the status of medical records management and the advantage of paperless medical records,the bottleneck in paperless medical records and evidence to resolve problems were explained.The following conclusion was drawn： paperless medical records will become the inevitable trend of health information management with an expansively developing prospect.
