摘  要:以宁粳1号和汕优63为试材,研究不同水平氮肥配施硅肥对水稻叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用、转氨酶活性以及叶片硅素营养的影响。结果表明:在同一氮肥水平下,施用硅肥可不同程度地延缓成熟期剑叶叶绿素含量的下降,提高光合速率和气孔导度,降低胞间CO2浓度,改善叶片光合功能;施用氮肥和硅肥均能提高水稻剑叶中谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性,并且随着施硅肥量增加,水稻叶片硅素积累量与GOT活性呈极显著正相关关系。In order to ascertain the effects of silicon fertilizer on rice photosynthesis and nitrogen metabolism,rice cultivar Ningjing 1(japonica) and shanyou 63(indica) were adopted in this research,and the effects of silicon fertilizer under different nitrogen levels on leaf chlorophyll content,photosynthesis,transaminase activity and silicon content were studied.Results were as follows: Silicon fertilizer application under the same nitrogen level defered the decrease rate of chlorophyll content in flag leaf in varying degrees at the stage of mature,improved photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration,and improved the leaf photosynthetic function.Nitrogen fertilizer and silicon fertilizer appication all improved the activities of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in flag leaf,and rice leaf silicon accumulation had a significantly positive correlation with GOT activity as the silicon fertilizer increased.
