摘 要:以切口参数为描述参量,将裂纹、V型切口、U型切口和圆弧型切口统一描述,提出一种切口轴的分析模型.通过选择适当的位移函数,利用双曲坐标给出轴切口附近的应力场,得到笛卡尔坐标下的应力场.建立切口轴的三维模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS计算弯扭载荷下切口尖端附近的局部应力应变,分析切口参数对轴的应力场的影响.结果表明:切口尖端存在一个小区域,该区域内切口尖端半径和切口深度对应力场的影响较大;对于弯扭载荷,切口张角对应力场的影响很小,切口的尖端半径和切口深度之比越小,切口尖端的应力集中系数越大.An analysis model of notched shaft was presented where the notch parameters were taken as descriptive parameters and the crack,V-notch,U-notch,and arc-notch were described uniformly.The stress field near the notch tip of notched shaft in Cartesian coordinate system was obtained by selecting an appropriate displacement function,and expressing that stress field in hyperbolic coordinate system at the beginning.The 3-D model was set up for the notched shaft,the local stress and strain near the notch tip in bending and torsional condition was calculated by using finite element software ANSYS,and the effect of notch parameters of shaft on stress field was analyzed.The results showed that there was a small region at the notch tip in which the effect of tip radius,and notch depth on the stresses was greater.The effect of opening angle of notch on stress was very small,and the smaller the ratio of tip radius to notch depth,the larger the stress concentrations near notch tip would be.
