摘 要:推导出双涡圈任意圈涡旋压缩机工作过程中任一涡齿形成封闭腔个数的计算式;通过各腔室在任一曲轴转角下轴向投影面积的求解,得出双涡圈涡旋压缩机各向气体力的计算式;通过同压缩比、排气量下双涡圈和2种单涡圈结构气体力的对比得出:双涡圈结构的轴向气体力和切向气体力的波动量小,约为自身均值的1.3%;在减小涡盘尺寸和回转半径方面存在优势,但会使某项气体力数值增大,大排气量场合应用时应给予关注.A calculation formula of the number of closed chamber formed by every wrap during arbitrary working cycle was derived for scroll compressor with twin-wraps.By means of determining the axial projection area of the chambers,the calculation formula of gas force-action in all directions at all crank angles was obtained.Comparing these gas force-action with those in two scroll compressors with single-wrap structure and the same compression ratio and displacement,it was shown that the axial and tangential gas force-action in the former exhibited small fluctuation being about 1.3% on an average.The former was superior in reduction of disk size and orbit radius.However,individual gas force-action might be made increased.Therefore,an attention should be paid to the case of application in large displacement.
