121例婴幼儿智能发育测试结果分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对婴幼儿智能发育测验资料的分析,对发育迟缓的儿童做到早期发现、早期干预,对生长发育正常儿童开展早期教育和潜能开发。方法：采用Gesell智能发育测试工具对121例婴幼儿进行智能发育测试并进行临床分析。结果：121例婴幼儿中大运动、精细运动、认知、言语和个人-社交5个能区的DQ均大于85的110例（90.9%）,5个方面的DQ在75~85的8例（6.6%）,5个方面的DQ均小于75的3例（2.5%）。结论：对婴幼儿进行智能发育测试尤其是对早产儿等高危儿童进行测试并进行早期干预对其智能发育尤为有利。Objective：The purpose of severe mental development of the data analysis and test for the development of children to be early detection and early intervention of growing children to the normal early education and potential development,the method adopted in the case of infants and toddlers.Methods：Use Gesell 121 intelligent development and clinical testing analysis.Results：The case of infants and toddlers 121 cuhk motion and meticulous motion,cognitive,social and personal five aspects of the Developmental Quotient are greater than 85 of the case for 110 example（90.9%）,five aspects of the Developmental Quotient in 75 ~ 85 for 8 example（6.6%）,five aspects of the Developmental Quotient are less than 75 for 3 example（2.5%）.Conclusion： Severe test for intelligent grown especially for babies were preemies,and risk of children tested for their mental development of early intervention is particularly favourable.
