摘　　要：永磁电机具有体积小、重量轻、效率高等特点,其应用范围越来越广泛。永磁电机的结构和工艺较传统电机而言有较大差别,针对中小型表面式永磁电机的结构特点,介绍了其磁钢安装工艺、转子绑扎及烘焙工艺、动平衡工艺、电机总装工艺等,供从事永磁电机设计和制造的相关人员参考。The permanent magnet motor has particular advantages,such as less volume,lighter weight,higher efficiency.Its application scope was getting more and more widespread.However the structure and technology of perma-nent magnet motor was so special compared with conventional motor.Main technology bout medium and small-sized surface permanent magnet motor were introduced,including permanent magnet assembled,strapping of rotor,dynamic balance and final assembly etc.It was useful for the engineer to be employed in design and fabrication of permanent magnet motor.
