基于能耗计量监测工程实践及调研的大型公共建筑节能计量客户需求分析

摘　　要：实施节能计量监测是当前大型公共建筑节能工作的热点,不同类型大型公建和不同性质业主的节能计量需求均有较大区别,并与国家正在推进的大型公建用能计量监管工程存在一定差异,需要进行研究并明确。基于能耗计量监测工程的实践及相关调研,针对公共机构办公建筑、商业类建筑和大型公共设施等主要建筑类型,分析了各自不同的节能计量需求特点,并比较了不同计量需求对大型公建节能的可能贡献率。通过上述研究,提出一套可解决不同业主多类型需求的服务体系,并进行了成功实践。Energy metering is one of the hot topics of large-scale building energy-saving work.But the metering system demand differs with the function type and the property right of the building,and there is difference from the government promoted energy-saving metering project.Based on investigation and project practice of energy-saving metering system design,construction and retrofit,the demand characteristics of public organization buildings,commercial buildings and large-scale facilities are analyzed,comparing contribution of various metering system according to different demands,and a service structure is gained to satisfy various energy-saving metering demands.
