摘　　要：世界汉语教学蓬勃发展。一些地方高校的留学生教育却受到地域、教学资源、师资队伍等多方面问题的限制。海内外汉语网络教学的相对成熟为地方高校突破瓶颈、促进发展营造了有效环境。义乌工商职业技术学院应当把握天时地利的优势。依托义乌商贸市场，开发汉语网络教学项目。The developments of international students＇ education in many regional higher education institutions are restricted by various factors such as unfavorable area, lack of teaching resources and qualified teaehers, in spite of the explosion of Chinese teaching and learning around the world. However, the development of web-based Chinese instruction at home and abroad provides great advantages for the regional higher education institutions to achieve breakthrough. It is necessary for Yiwu Industrial ＆ Commercial College, a regional one, to develop web-based Chinese instruction projeet based on the huge international trade markets in Yiwu. The paper proposes the principles and tentative plan for the college to develop web-based Chinese instruction project on the basis of Yiwu markets.
