摘　　要：科学发展观内涵丰富,博大精深,不仅为我国经济社会发展提供了指导思想,也为进一步认识人类战争开创了新的视野。透过科学发展观这一视野,可以更加深刻地认识到,战争是人类社会发展矛盾不可调和的产物,人类社会发展中的经济利益冲突是战争产生的根源,全面协调可持续的发展是调和社会矛盾的必由之路,只有坚持以人为本、统筹兼顾才能逐步消除战争,维护世界和平发展。The scientific concept of development is both extensive and profound.It can not only provide guidance to the development of our country,but also provides a new perspective to review warfare.In this way,people can realize the nature and germ of war,and maintain a right attitude to war such as： war begins when the conflict of human society can′t be conciliated;war is the product of the economic conflict of human society.Making allover consideration helps human to avoid war and maintain peace.
