境外联合开办中医医疗的现状和展望

摘　　要：概括历史上境外联合办医经历了个人自发形式、小规模民间组织和机构合作形式、较大规模民间机构及国家公立医疗机构的联合办医、独资办医和合资办医等形式； 阐述了境外联合办医的必然性及其对中医药事业发展的重要意义； 认为国际中医药产业迅猛发展对我国中医药行业提出了严峻的挑战， 我们应从积极开展对外宣传等４ 个方面入手抓住机遇，抢占国际中医药医疗市场，争取更大的发展空间。This paper sums up the forms of combined establishing TCM treatment abroad in history,which undergo the following stages in proper orders: Spontaneous form、folk organization and organ's cooperative form 、Large-scale flok organization and combined establishing TCM treatment of nation medical organs、to establish TCM treatment with independent funds and combined funds;This paper also Sets forth the necessity of combined establishing TCM treatment abroad boundary and its important significance on TCM development ;The author regards that international TCM industry expanding by leaps and bounds brings severe challenge to our TCM trade,we ought to catch the opportunity from four aspects ,as activity propaganda,racing to control medical market of international TCM,striving for fairly developing space.
