注射用氯诺昔康在不同输液容器中的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用氯诺昔康与0.9%氯化钠注射液在聚丙烯塑料瓶与一次性使用电子镇痛泵储液盒中的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(50∶50)为流动相,测定氯诺昔康不同配伍液室温下不同时间的含量变化,并观察和检测配伍液的外观及pH值变化。结果:注射用氯诺昔康与0.9%氯化钠注射液在聚丙烯塑料瓶与一次性使用电子镇痛泵储液盒中含量、外观与pH值均无明显变化。结论:注射用氯诺昔康与0.9%氯化钠注射液在聚丙烯塑料瓶中8 h稳定,在一次性使用电子镇痛泵储液盒中72 h内稳定。OBJECTIVE：To study the stability of lornoxicam for injection combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection in polypropylene bottle or disposable electronic analgesia pump liquid storage bag.METHODS： By HPLC method in which the Hypersil-C18 was taken as the chromatographic column with methanol-0.05 mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（50 ∶ 50） as the mobile phase,we determined the content of lornoxicam mixture in different contains under room temperature at different time,meanwhile,we observed the appearance and detected the pH value of the mixture.RESULTS： There was no significant change in the content,appearance and pH values of lornoxicam for injection combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection in polypropylene bottle or disposable electronic analgesia pump liquid storage bag.CONCLUSION： The mixture of lornoxicam with 0.9% sodium chloride injection is stable within 8 hours in polypropylene bottle or within 72 hours in disposable electronic analgesia pump liquid storage bag.
