华蟾素注射液治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:华蟾素注射液治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效观察。方法:对原发性三叉神经痛112例分别采用上颌神经、下颌神经、下牙槽神经、颏神经、眶下神经和上牙槽后神经、腭神经、鼻腭神经注射华蟾素注射液。结果:112例患者显效93例(83.04%),缓解12例(10.71%),无效7例(6.25%),该方法的总有效率为93.75%,无效率6.25%。结论:华蟾素治疗原发性三叉神经痛操作简便、患者痛苦小、毒性低,危险性小对患者的身体状况无特殊要求,简单易行,无严重并发症,安全经济,治疗效果好,尤其适宜于老年不能耐受手术患者。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Cinobufacini Injection for primary trigeminal neuralgia.METHODS： 112 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were administered with Cinobufacini Injections at maxillary nerve,mandibular nerve,inferior alveolar nerve,mental nerve,the infraorbital nerve and nervi dentales superiores posteriores,palatine nerve,and nasopalatine nerve.RESULTS： Of the 112 cases,93 cases（83.04%） showed excellent efficacy,12（10.71%） remission,7（6.25%） no response（ineffective）,with total effective rate of 93.75% and ineffective rate of 6.25%.CONCLUSION： Treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with Cinobufacini is easy in operation,simple and practicable,safe and economical,and effective with less pain for patients,low toxicity,low risk,no special requirement on patients’physical condition and no serious complications,and it is especially suitable for the elderly patients who can’t tolerate surgery.
