摘　　要：目的:加强药品管理、强化服务意识,帮助患儿安全、合理、有效用药。方法:收集整理2007年1月—2010年1月北京儿童医院门诊的退药登记8 256例,按退药涉及原因、药品品种、患儿的年龄组成、科室分别进行整理、统计和分析。结果与结论:为保证发出药品的质量,确保患儿的用药安全,重视处理和减少窗口退药问题至关重要。OBJECTIVE：To strengthen drug management,strengthen service senses in order to achieve safe,rational and effective drug use in children.METHODS： 8 256 drug-return cases in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from Jan.2007 to Jan.2010 were collected for statistical analysis regarding the reasons for drug return,drug categories,children＇s age and distribution of departments.RESULTS CONCLUSION： In order to ensure the quality of the drugs dispensed and the children＇s medication safety,it is critical to attach great importance to tackle and reduce the occurrence of drug return problem in dispensing window.
