摘　　要：湘陵628S是通过体细胞无性系变异技术获得的株1S矮秆突变体SV14S与抗稻瘟病优质父本品种ZR02杂交选育而成的水稻温敏核不育系,具有育性转换起点温度低于23℃、育性稳定、可繁性和异交性好、亲和性较广、配合力强、稻米品质优、植株矮壮和抗倒力强等突出优点。自2008年湘陵628S审定以来,所配组合有3个通过国家审定、6个通过省级审定,展现出广阔的应用前景。Thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line Xiangling 628S is selected from the cross of dwarfing mutant SV14S of line Zhu1S by the technique of somaclonal variation and high blast-resistant variety ZR02.Xiangling 628S holds various elite traits,such as the critical temperature of fertility alteration below 23℃,stable male sterility,great ability in reproduction and crossing,wild compatibility,high combining ability,fine grain quality,fertilizer tolerance and lodging resistance and so on.Since the line Xiangling 628S has been nationally approved in 2008,3 of its combinations have been nationally approved and 6 of its combinations have been provincially approved,which has showed a broad and bright application prospect.
