益欣康泰胶囊对老龄小鼠体内睾酮水平的影响

摘　　要：目的： 研究益欣康泰胶囊对老龄小鼠体内睾酮（Ｔ） 的影响； 方法： 选用昆明种雄性小鼠５０ 只， 随机分为五组， 即对照组、阳性药物组及益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组， 分别灌服蒸馏水、红参水煎液及益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量的水溶液， 于第１０天时统一在颈动脉取血做Ｔ测定； 结果： 红参组及益欣康泰胶囊三组与对照组比较， 灌服益欣康泰胶囊后Ｔ含量明显升高（Ｐ＜ ００１）， 益欣康泰胶囊高剂量组与红参组比较Ｔ明显升高（Ｐ＜ ００１）； 结论： 益欣康泰具有改善老龄鼠性腺功能， 提高体内Ｔ含量，In order to study the effects of Yixinkangtai capsule on level of testoterone(T) of rats.Methods:Kunming rats were used and divided into normal control group(equivalent distilled water group),positive control group(5.0g/kg of Jin Sheng liquod),taking higher,moderate and low dosage of Yixinkangtai group(15.0g/kg,10.0g/kg and 5.0g/kg of Yixinkangtai).The level of T was measured by radioimmunoassay in all rats.Results:The level of T was significan increased in the groups taken drug( P <0.01),and level of T in higher dosage of Yixinkangtai group was higher than that in Jin Sheng group( P <0.01).Conclusions:Yixinkangtai capsule could im prove the function of sex gland throuth rising the level of T in rats.$$$$
