益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠自由基代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察益欣康泰胶囊对老龄小鼠体内自由基代谢的影响；方法：在给老龄小鼠灌服益欣康泰胶囊溶液及灌服１０ 天后，测定小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ Ｐｘ）和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）；结果：测定结果显示：该药高、中、低剂量组均能降低老龄小鼠体内ＭＤＡ 含量（Ｐ＜ ００１）和升高体内ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ Ｐｘ 活性作用（Ｐ＜ ００５～Ｐ＜ ００１）。结论：提示本药能提高机体抗氧化能力，减轻氧自由基对机体的损害。To observe effect of Yixinkangtai on metabolism of oxygen free radicals.Methods:superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathion peroxide (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA)were tested in the aged rats after 10 days administrating Yixinkangtai.Results:It showed that low,moderate,and high dosage of the drug all could decrease the content of MDA( P < 0.01 )and increased SOD and GSH-Px in the aged rats( P <0.05～ P < 0.01 )compared with control grou.Conclusions:This finding indicated that the drug can improve the ability of antioxidation,decrease the injury of free radicals to the body and have the effect of antiaging in the rats.$$$$
