益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠血气的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠血气的影响；方法：本研究选用昆明种老龄小鼠５０ 只，随机分为正常对照组、阳性药物对照组和益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组，每组１０ 只，观察灌服该制剂对实验性老龄小鼠血气的影响；结果：实验结果显示，益欣康泰高、中、低剂量均能不同程度升高小鼠动脉血氧分压和血氧饱和度，与对照组相比（Ｐ＜ ００５～Ｐ＜ ００１）；结论：表明益欣康泰具有升高小鼠血氧分压和血氧饱和度的作用。To observe the effect of Yixingkangtai on blood gas in rats.Methods:50 aged rats of Kumi type were selected and randomized into 5 groups which were negative and positive controls,and groups in which low,moderate and high dosage of Yixingkangtai were taken.Each group had ten rats in which this study.We observed effect of the drug on blood gas in the experimental aged rats by orally administration.Results:Our results showed that low,moderate,high dosage of Yixingkangtai had different effect on increasing PO 2 and SaO 2 of arterial blood in rats ( P <0.05～ P <0.01).Conclusions:Yixingkangtai is effective to enhance PO 2 and SaO 2 of blood gas and can improve the state of hypoxia in rats.$$$$
