益欣康泰胶囊对小鼠游泳耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的：为了观察益欣康泰对小鼠游泳耐力的影响，以便提供临床用药；方法：选用健康昆明种小鼠７５ 只，按体重性别随机分成５ 组，每组１５ 只，对照组灌服等体积蒸馏水；阳性对照组给以５０ｇ／ｋｇ 体重的优质红参醇提液；实验组灌服益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量（１５ｇ、１０ｇ、５ｇ／ｋｇ 体重），分别相当于成人拟服剂量的７０ 倍、４７ 倍、２５ 倍。各组动物于空吸１２ 小时后灌服给药５０ 分钟后开始实验。结果：该药可提高小鼠游泳耐力，延长游泳时间（Ｐ＜ ００１）；结论：提示该药具有增强小鼠体力、提高机体应激能力和抗疲劳作用。To observ the effect of Yixinkangtai on tolerance of swimming in rats to provide the data for clinical treatment.Methods:75 rats of Kongming type were divide into 5 groups(10 for each)including one positive,one negative control group and three experimental groups according to their weights Distilled water was given to the negative control group,extrac of Hongsheng 5 0g/kg to positive control group,and Yixinkangtai of different dosages(low,middle and high)to experimental groups.Results:Our results showed that all three dosages could improve the tolerance of swimming in rats,and prolong the period of swimming ( P <0 01).Conclusions:This indicated that these can strengthen physical powre,and has ability of antifatigue.Authors preliminarily discussed the mechanism of the drug in this paper.$$$$
