摘 要:目的:观察益欣康泰对高原健康人体内自由基代谢指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:选择305 例生活在海拔3 300m 地区的健康人进行服用益欣康泰前后体内SOD、GSH—Px 活性和血清MDA 含量的测定。结果:服药后健康人体内的SOD和GSH—Px 活力显著升高(P<001),同时血清MDA含量明显下降(P< 001)。结论:提示该药具有调节和改善机体氧自由基代谢的水平,故对由之失衡而引起的高原人早老。To observe the effect of Yixinkangtai on the marks of metabolism of free radicals in healthy subjects at high altitude,including Superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathion peroxide(GSH-Px)and malondialdehyde(MDA).Methods:SOD,GSH-Px and MDA were measured in 305 healthy subjects living at high altitude(3 300m)before and after taking Yixinkangtai.Results:The value of SOD and GSH-Px were increased significantly( P <0 01),and that of MDA was decreased markedly( P <0 01) in healthy subjects after administration of Yixinkangtai.Conclusions:It indicated that the drug can improve the metabolism of free radicals in healthy subjects at high altitude.So we predict that the drug can prevent early free radicals-induced aging at high altitude.
