摘 要:肥胖是环境和基因共同作用导致的疾病.黑皮素4受体(melanocortin-4 Feceptor gene,MC4R)是中枢黑皮素系统参与调节摄食行为和能量代谢的枢纽.近年来大量研究发现MC4R基因突变与肥胖发生有关,在儿童青少年肥胖的发生过程也发挥重要作用.本文综述近年来研究较多的MC4R基因多态性与儿童青少年肥胖的相关性.许多人群研究表明MC4R基因多态性与肥胖发生相关,某些作用可能具有种族差异性.MC4R基因多态性可能与其他基因或环境存在交互作用.Obesity is associated with environmental, genetic factors and their interactions. The melanocortin-4 receptor (MC4R) is the key factor in the central melanocortin system which regulates food intake and energy balance. The recent studies indicated that the MC4R gene mutations were related to obesity, and they were also associated with obesity in children and adolescents. In this paper, we reviewed the MC4R gene polymorphisms which were recently studied. Several population studies showed that these MC4R polymorphisms were associated with obesity and the effects of some polymorphisms may be different among different ethnic populations. In addition, MC4R polymorphisms may interact with other genes or environmental factors.
