摘　　要：信息化时代开发科研信息管理系统对于单位整体学术水平、科研能力和管理水平的提高具有非常重要的作用。介绍科研信息管理系统的开发及开发过程中存在的问题,阐述开发一套完善的科研信息管理系统应注意的问题,包括充分重视、加强相关人员培训和增强自主研发能力等方面。During information age,developing a scientific research management system to improve units＇ overall academic level,scientific research capability and management level has important functions.The paper introducess development of the system,problems in the developing process,elaborates the problems that should be noted to develop a perfect system,including paying more attention, strengthening training to relevant staffs and improving independent research capability,etc.
