摘　　要：构建临床路径影响因素模型,对不同情况的患者区别对待,分别从医疗质量、诊疗效率、医疗费用、医疗资源耗用角度进行权衡和细化,并以"卵巢良性肿瘤"为例,建立面向不同患者群体有针对性的最优临床路径。The paper introduces the construction of clinical pathway using influence factors model.The patients with different situations are treated separately from the balance and refinement of following perspectives：quality of medical care,clinical efficiency,medical costs,medical resource utilization.Taking＂benign ovarian tumor＂as an example,it also sets up optimal clinical pathways for different groups of patients to achieve the targets.
