摘　　要：目的:为临床治疗三叉神经痛提供三叉神经干穿刺的简便、有效的体表定位方法;方法:以三叉神经解剖学为依据,结合临床进行探讨;结果:穿刺方法简便、安全、容易掌握,穿刺成功率高,治疗效果好;结论:应用新的定位方法,可以做到对三叉神经干进行准确、安全的定位穿刺,从而实施对三叉神经痛有效的酒精封闭治疗。Objective：To provide a simple and effective method for puncture trigeminal nerve stem located on body surface when cure the trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：Research based on the anatomy of trigeminal nerve,combined with the clinical.Results：The method was simple,safe,easy to grasp,and had a high success rate,showed a fine treatment result.Conclusion：The new method for trigeminal nerve stem puncture position might be accurate and safe,and could make the alcohol closed treatment for trigeminal neuralgia more effective.
