脑卒中患者注意及记忆功能障碍对肢体运动功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨注意及记忆功能对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2007年8月～2010年8月在南京江北人民医院接受康复治疗的91例脑卒中患者,采取回顾性研究,收集病例资料中简易精神状态检查量表及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表分值,并对其进行统计学分析。结果:实验组与对照组Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能增加值、肢体总体增加值有显著性差异(P<0.05),下肢运动功能增加值无显著性差异。结论:注意及记忆功能障碍影响脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的恢复,上肢肢体运动功能的恢复更容易受注意及记忆功能的影响。Objective：To investigate the attention and memory function in patients with limb motor function in stroke recovery.Methods：2007.08 ~ 2010.08 in Nanjing Jiangbei People＇s Hospital for rehabilitation of 91 patients with stroke,A retrospective study of clinical data collected in the mini-mental state examination and the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale scores,and its statistical analysis.Results：The experimental group and control group Fugl-Meyer arm motor function to increase the value of the overall increase in physical values significantly different（P 0.05）,lower limb motor function was no significant increase in the value of difference.Conclusion：Attention and memory dysfunction in patients with stroke might affect the recovery of limb motor function,upper limb motor function recovery more susceptible to attention and memory function.
