摘  要:测定健康足月新生儿出生早期肺功能主要指标 ,为临床提供正常参考值。方法 :应用Biocore CP- 1 0 0新生儿肺功能仪 ,对 1 2 9例生后一天及 5 0例生后三天的足月新生儿进行肺功能测定。第一天组胎龄 39.2± 1 .1周 ,出生体重 3381± 2 5 8g;第三天组胎龄 38.7± 1 .1周 ,出生体重 34 5 1± 2 85 g。结果表示 :第一天组潮气量 4.6± 1 .4ml/kg,每分通气量 0 .2 1± 0 .0 8L/( mim· kg) ,动态肺顺应性 0 .1 4± 0 .0 6 ml/( k Pa· kg)〔1 .4± 0 .6 ml/( cm H2 O· kg)〕,气道阻力 3.8± 1 .9k Pa/( L· S)〔39.1± 1 9.0 cm H2 O/( L· S)〕,呼吸功 1 8.9± 1 0 .9g· cm/kg;第三天组潮气量 4.8± 1 .4ml/kg,每分通气量 0 .2 3± 0 .0 7L/( min· kg) ,动态肺顺应性 0 .1 5±0 .0 5 ml/( k Pa· kg)〔1 .5± 0 .5 ml/( cm H2 O· kg)〕,气道阻力 3.7± 2 .0 k Pa/( LS)〔38.1± 2 0 .5 cm H2 /( L· S)〕及呼吸功 1 6 .8± 9.6 g* cm/kg。两组肺功能结果均无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。Objective To determine Normal Values of pulmonary function in term infant at the first three days of life. methods 129 infants on the first days of life and 50 babies on the three day of life were tested by Biocore CP 100 Neonatal Pulmonary Function Monitor. Results In the first day group the tidal volume was 4.6±1 4ml/kg,minute ventilation was 0.21±0 08L/min -1 · -1 ,dynamic lung compliance was 0.14±0 06mo/kPa -1 ·kg -1 1 4±0 6ml/ml/cm,H 2O -1 ·kg -1 ),airway resistance was 3.8±1 9kPa/L -1 ·sec -1 (39.1±19 0mH 2O/L -1 ·sec -1 ) and work of breathing was 18.9±10 9g·cm/kg.And in the third day group the tidal volume was 4.8±1 4mo/kg,minute ventilation was 0.23±0 07L/min -1 ·kg -1 ,dynamic lung compliance was 0.15±0 05ml/kPa -1 ·kg -1 (1.5±0 5ml/cmH 2O -1 ·kg -1 ),airway resistance was 3.7±2 0kPa/L -1 ·sec -1 (38.1±20%5cmH 2O/L -1 ·sec -1 ) and work of breathing was 16.8±9.6g·cm/kg.There were on significant differences of the results of pulmonary function between two groups (p value>0 05).Conclusion The results of pulmonary function tested on the first day of life in 129 infants seem to be normal values of neonatal pulmonary function.
