摘 要:基于AGC辅助服务自身的特点,从电厂侧和调度侧两方面研究了AGC成本。其中电厂侧的成本包括投资成本、运行成本、维护成本、调度成本和机会成本;而调度侧的成本有设备投资及维护成本、控制成本与校正成本。给出了电厂侧投资成本的两种量化方法,考虑了变工况运行对维护成本的影响,提出了调度成本的量化公式,分析了机会成本的多种计算思路。调度侧除了考虑了调度主站及主站与电厂之间的设备固定成本,还从系统整体协调控制的角度分析了易被忽略的控制成本,给出了校正成本的计算方式。最后就降低AGC成本的途径总结了若干可行性建议。According to the characteristics of AGC(automatic generation control) ancillary service ,the costs of AGC are researched from the perspective of the power-station and the dispatch. The former include investment costs, operational costs,maintain costs, dispatch costs and opportunity costs, while the latter are capital and maintenance costs, controlling costs and adjustment costs.From the power-station’s point of view,two kinds of quantification methods are applied to calculate investment costs, the influence of instability of units on operational costs are considered, the quantification formula of dispatch costs is addressed ,and several thoughts on the opportunity costs are analyzed. With regard to the AGC costs in the dispatch,except for the equipment fixed costs of master staion and that between master station and power station, controlling costs prone to be ignored are derived from the angle of the power system’s coordination and control,and the quantification methods of adjustment costs are exhibited. The last are some feasible suggestions for reducing the AGC costs.
