摘  要:常规断路器主要通过电流幅值判断电力系统中的短路故障,存在检测速度较慢的缺点。利用短路故障时电压跌落、电流增大的特征,提出了一种通过实时检测电网电压幅值和瞬时有功功率来判断短路故障的快速检测方案。详细说明了电压幅值和瞬时有功功率的快速计算方法,并提出了可以反应出短路电流变化的虚拟功率。在Matlab下完成了仿真研究,利用DSP芯片TMS2407A研制出试验装置并完成相关试验。仿真和试验结果证明了该方案可以快速、有效地检测出短路故障,具有良好的适应性。Conventional circuit breakers detect power system short circuit by measuring current magnitude and have disadvantages such as slow response speed. According to the feature of voltage falling and current rising when short-circuit fault occurs, a fast detecting scheme is proposed, which estimates short circuit by detecting the magnitude of voltage and instantaneous active power in real-time. T he fast algorithm of voltage magnitude and instantaneous active power is demonstrated in detail and virtual power is put forward to identify the characteristic of short-circuit current. Matlab simulation and an experiment prototype based on DSP TMS320F2407 have been finished. The results verify that the proposed scheme is quick and feasible and it has a wide application range.
