摘  要:根据实际变电站电压无功调度的要求,提出一种计及调节次数的变电站动态电压无功优化控制的新模型。以变压器低压侧母线的电压允许偏差和主变的功率因数为控制目标;考虑变电站动态电压无功控制中控制设备的开关动作过于频繁,不但可能增加系统的故障率,而且会减少设备的使用寿命,约束条件增加变压器的分接头和并联电容器组的控制开关连续调节的时间间隔。对基本遗传算法的适应度函数、遗传算子等做了改进,以提高计算效率。仿真算例表明,该方法可以提高变电站的功率因数,并减少变电站动态电压无功调度中控制设备的动作次数。Based on real operation of reactive voltage dispatch in a substation ,an effective model for dynamic reactive power/voltage optimization control of substation considering the constraint of the number of switching operations is presented .The optimization objective is to minimize the allowable deviation of secondary voltage and to improve the power factor of main transformer .Considering the control devices operating frequently in dynamic voltage–reactive power optimization control of substation, and because of the probability of increasing the fault rate of power system and decreasing the life of devices, the binding conditions mainly emphasize on automation maximal operating numbers of the on-load tap changer and capacitor between two adjacent time intervals.Meanwhile ,in order to enhance computation efficiency ,improved genetic algorithm (GA) is used in this paper to change the fitness function and the genetic operator of simple GA .Based on the analysis of the numerical example,the method is effective to improve the power factor of substation, and decrease the operating numbers of the equipment in dynamic reactive power/voltage optimization control of substation.
