无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术528例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术的方法及临床效果;方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年7月我院采用无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病患者528例的临床资料;结果术后所有患者均无腹腔感染、胆漏、出血等并发症的发生。术后随访1～12个月,所有患者均未发生肩痛、背痛、腹痛、发热以及黄疸等症状。行B超检查所有患者均未发现胆囊窝积液;结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中科学运用无钛夹对胆囊管及胆管动脉进行处理,具有安全、可靠的优势,能够有效控制钛夹方法带来的并发症。Objective Without titanium clamp laparoscopic cholecystectomy method and clinical effect,Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2009 to 2010 July titanium clamp adopts laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment gallbladder disease patients with clinical data of 528 cases,Results Au patients were no celiac infection,pylethrombosis,bleeding complications. Follow-up of 1～12 months,all patients were not shoulder pain,abdominal pain,fever and jaundice. Line B ultrasonic examination all patients were not found gallbladder nest effusion.Conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy in scientific using of titanium clamp is for gallbladder and bile duct artery processing,has the advantage of safety,reliability,can effectively control the complications of titanium clamp method.
