机械性创伤致大鼠血清肾上腺素的动态变化及其临床意义

摘  要:目的通过制备大鼠机械性创伤模型,探讨血清肾上腺素在机械性创伤致急性肺损伤中的作用,探讨其可能机制及临床意义。方法利用Noble-Collip创伤仪制备机械性创伤模型,雄性Wistar大鼠40只,第一部分随机分为伪创伤组和创伤组,第二部分随机分为生理盐水(1ml/kg)注射组和盐酸肾上腺素(1ml/kg)注射组,每组各10只,全部大鼠于造模后相应时间点腹主动脉采血处死,采用ELISA法测定血清肾上腺素含量变化,HE染色观察肺组织病理变化。结果创伤组大鼠血清中肾上腺素含量(13.67±1.33)ng/ml均明显高于伪创伤组血清中肾上腺素含量(8.12±0.25)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);病理结果显示:创伤组与伪创伤组相比,前者肺组织炎症非常明显,而后者基本正常;盐酸肾上腺素组与生理盐水组相比结果同前。结论血清中肾上腺素含量的升高可能与机械性创伤后急性肺损伤有关。Objective To determine the role of epinephrine in serum in acute lung injury(ALI) induced by mechanical trauma in mechanical trauma rat model and to inquire into the possible mechanism and clinical significance.Methods Noble-Collip drum was used to establish mechanical trauma rat model.Male Wistar rats were 40,the first part randomly divided into: pseudo trauma group and trauma group,the second part of the randomly assigned to: physiolodical saline(1ml/kg) and epinephrine hydrochloride injection group(1ml/kg) injection group,n=10,all rats after modeling of abdominal aortic blood sampling time points were killed,the serum levels of epinephrine and TNF-α were asssyed by ELISA.Results The trauma group of serum epinephrine levels(13.67±1.33)ng/ml were significantly higher than the pseudo-trauma group(8.12±0.25)ng/ml,the difference was significant(P〈 0.01);the pathological results showed that: trauma group compared to pseudo trauma group that the former's lung infection is very obvious and the latter is basically normal;hydrochloric epinephrine group with saline water compared with the result set.Conclusions Elevated serum epinephrine levels may be related acute lung injury after mechanical trauma.
