超低剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼鞍麻在肛门手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察超低剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼鞍麻应用于肛门手术的麻醉效果。方法将ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级的肛门手术患者130例随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组注入用10%葡萄糖配制成的布比卡因2mg,内含10μg芬太尼行鞍麻;对照组注入用10%葡萄糖配制成的布比卡因3mg行鞍麻。结果两组患者镇痛效果相似(P>0.05),而对照组麻醉持续时间长于观察组(P<0.05)。术毕改良Bromage评分及不良反应观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。所有两组患者术中肛门均松弛。结论 2mg布比卡因复合10μg芬太尼芬太尼鞍麻,镇痛完全而副作用小,比传统的鞍麻剂量更适合肛门手术。Objective To study the effect of saddle anaesthesia with ultra-low-dose bupivacaine combined with fentanyl to anal surgery.Methods ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade 130 cases of patients scheduled for anal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The pastionts of observation group were saddle anaesthesised with 2mg bupivacaine combined with fentanyl 10μg.The pastionts of control group were saddle anaesthesised with 3mg bupivacaine.Results Analgesic effect of two groups of patients were similar.Adverse reactions of observation group was significantly less than the control group＇s.Conclusions Saddle anesthesia with 2mg bupivacaine combined with 10μg fentanyl is more suitable for anal surgery than the traditional saddle anesthesia.
