摘  要:目的研究缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和微血管密度(MVD)在黏液表皮样癌(MEC)中的表达,探讨两者与MED临床病理类型的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测30例正常唾液腺组织、38例高分化MEC及26例低分化MEC中HIF-1α和MVD的表达。结果 HIF-1α的阳性表达率和MVD计数在正常唾液腺组织、高分化MEC及低分化MEC中的表达均依次增强,组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);MEC中MVD计数随着HIF-1α表达的增强而升高(P〈0.05);发生淋巴结转移组的MEC中HIF-1α的阳性表达率和MVD计数均高于非转移组(P〈0.05)。结论 HIF-1α的表达和MVD与MEC的分化程度和淋巴转移程正相关。Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and microvessel density (MVD) in mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) and explore their relationship with the clinicopathological characters of MEC. Methods Streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunochemical method was applied to detect the expression of HIF-1α; MVD was counted by anti-CD34 antibody in 30 cases of normal salivary tissues, 38 cases of well-differentiated MEC tissues, and 26 cases of poorly-differentiated MEC tissues. Results Positive rate of HIF-1α expression and MVD count progressively increased from the normal salivary gland tissues to the well-differentiated MEC tissues and the poorly-differentiated MEC tissues(P 〈 0.05). MVD count tended to depend on the HIF-1α expression levels in MEC(P 〈 0.05); the value of lymph-metastasis group is higher than that of non-lymph-metastasis group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α and MVD are positively related with the cell differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
