摘　　要：县域经济的发展决定着绝大多数农村人口就业和收入状况，是全面建设小康社会的基点和关键。面对新形势，陕西财政支持县域经济在新一轮竞争中谋求新跨越，实现大发展，就必须从多方筹措资金，加大政策支持力度，切实加强项目资金监管，全面提高财政支持县域经济的发展动力。The development of county economy determines the most rural population employment and income and is the starting point and the key of constructing well - off society comprehensively. In face of the new situation, to seek the new breakthrough for Shaanxi financial support county economy in the new round of competition and realize the large -scale development, funds must be raised from the multiparty. Policy support and project funds supervision should be strengthened, and the financial support of county economy development should be raised.
