摘 要:利用老卤通过氢氧化钠直接沉淀法制备纳米氢氧化镁,然后再煅烧制取高活性纳米氧化镁,考察了纳米氢氧化镁的煅烧条件对氧化镁活性的影响。结果表明,较佳的工艺条件为,煅烧温度450℃,煅烧时间3 h,二次粒径小于106μm。在上述条件下,所制得的活性氧化镁的柠檬酸活性值(CAA值)为10.6 S,MgO的碘吸附值为147.9 mg.g-1,氧化镁的质量分数是96.6%,活性氧化镁的质量分数是90.97%,平均粒径约为93.70nm,粒子形状为片状。The preparation process of active magnesium oxide using the brine as raw material,through a direct precipitation with sodium hydroxide and calcination of the nano-magnesium hydroxide was studied.The optimal reaction conditions as follows: calcination temperature was 450 ℃,the calcination time was 3 h,and secondary particle size was less than 106 μm.Under above conditions,the magnesium oxide flakes with a mean particle size of 93.70 nm was obtained,which have the CAA value of 10.6 S,iodine adsorption value of 147.9 mg·g-1,the content of magnesium oxide of 96.6%;the content of active magnesium oxide of 90.97%.
