摘  要:以KMnO4和MnSO4为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备二氧化锰。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对二氧化锰的结构进行了表征;用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等方法测试了二氧化锰的电化学性能。结果表明:经酸处理后,二氧化锰为-αMnO2和-γMnO2的混合晶相,且酸处理后二氧化锰的晶化程度、电极比容量和循环稳定性能均有不同程度的增加,电极比容量由处理前的272.7 F.g-1提高到酸处理后的292.6 F.g-1,电极经250次循环,未处理的电极容量衰减8.7%,而酸处理的电极容量仅衰减3.9%。MnO2 was synthesized with potassium permanganate and manganese sulfate as raw materials via chemical precipitation.XRD and SEM were carried out to investigate the structure and morphology of the prepared MnO2.The electrochemical performance of the products was evaluated by the means of cyclic voltammetry,EIS and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The XRD patterns indicate that the crystal structure of the sample is α-MnO2 and γ-MnO2 mixed phase after acid treatment,and manganese dioxide shows stronger crystal phase,the electrode specific capacitance and cycle stability are increased more or less.Specific capacitance of electrode is from 272.7 F·g^-1to 292.6 F·g^-1after acid treatment.After the 250 th cycle,the decrease of the specific capacitance is 8.7%,but the decrease is only 3.9%via acid treament.
