摘  要:船用推力轴承用水润滑代替油润滑具有节能、环保等优点,其应用前景广阔。选择了飞龙、ACM、SF-1三种材料,开展摩擦磨损试验研究,探讨在不同工况下,不同聚合物材料的摩擦学性能,以筛选水润滑轴承推力瓦块材料。试验结果表明:干摩擦时,载荷与转速对材料的摩擦因数具有明显的影响;在一定转速下,3种材料的磨损量均随着载荷的增加而增大,其中ACM磨损量最小。湿摩擦时,转速对材料湿摩擦因数的影响较大,但载荷的影响不太明显。The shipboard thrust bearing lubricated with water instead of lubricant has the advantages of energy saving,environment protection and extensive application.3 kinds of materials,such as Ferofrm,ACM,and SF-1,were selected for the friction and wear tests to explore their different tribological performances in the various working conditions in order to screen out the pad materials of the water-lubricated thrust bearings.The test results indicate that the friction coefficients of these materials are evidently affected by load and rotation speed in dry friction.At a certain rotation speed,the wear amount of 3 kinds of materials enhances with increase in load,and the wear amount of ACM is least among them.In wet friction,their friction coefficients are significantly affected by rotation speed,but not clearly affected by load.
