摘  要:为研究东江大桥整体节点焊接残余应力的大小及分布规律,采用与实桥相同的焊接工艺制作了实桥E16节点的1∶1足尺模型,用盲孔法对该节点模型各主要焊缝的残余应力大小与分布进行了测试。结果表明:对于整体节点而言,焊接过程会产生很大的残余应力,其最大值接近材料的屈服强度;在焊缝区域,沿焊缝垂线方向,纵向残余应力均呈压应力-拉应力-压应力交替分布,规律明显,在焊缝中心处为最大拉残余应力;在不等厚对接焊区域,厚板一侧的残余应力大于薄板一侧;打磨和钻螺栓孔可以对残余应力起到释放作用;研究结论可为制定消除整体节点焊接残余应力的措施提供依据。In order to study welding residual stress strength and distribution rule of the integral joint for Dongjiang Bridge,1∶1 full-scale model of joint E16 was fabricated with the same welding process as the real bridge.Using blind-hole method,the residual stress strength and distribution of this full-scale model were measured.Results show that there is high residual stress during the welding process of integral joint and the maximum tensile residual stress may reach the yield strength of the steel.Tensile longitudinal residual stress appears in the regions near the welding bead and alternates into compressive stress from a certain distance.The maximum tensile residual stress is found in the centre of the welding bead.In weld region between two plates with different thicknesses,the value of welding residual stress of the thin plate is lower than that of the thick plate.Sanding and drilling bolt hole can decrease residual stress of steel plate caused by welding.Research conclusions can provide references for measure of reducing the welding residual stress of integral joint.
