摘　　要：本文探讨了ECFA时期两岸金融合作发展前景,提出扩大两岸金融机构互设、推进两岸金融中介交流、扩大两岸货币双向兑换范围、开展闽台跨境贸易人民币计价结算、建立两岸货币清算机制、促进对台离岸金融业务、创设海峡投资基金、建立海峡产权交易中心、推进海峡综合改革试验区金融改革试点等建议。This paper analyzes the cross-straits financial cooperation and puts forwards following policy suggestion： enhancing financial institutions establishment in each areas,promoting the communication of intermediary institutions between Taiwan and Mainland,expanding areas of cross-straits currency exchanges,operating cross-border trade RMB settlement between Taiwan and Fujian,setting up cross-straits currency clearing mechanism,promoting off-shore finance businesses and so on.
