摘　　要：钢绞线最大力是评价钢绞线性能的一个重要指标。本系统设计的目的在于监控钢绞线及锚夹具组装件的工作性能,系统的设计是基于C8051F350芯片,由单片机控制压力传感器和位移传感器,并采集压力及位移数据,计算锚具效率系数值和极限拉力总应变值,在LCD上显示试验参数和动态荷载与伸长量曲线图。设计了基于Visual Basic的上位机控制软件,实现了数据处理、试验曲线、试验报告的打印、保存等功能,界面友好,操作简单。The strongest tension is an important indicator that evaluate the steel cable.A system is designed in this study to monitor the performance of the steel cable and the anchor fixture assembly.System designing is based on the C8051F350 chip,by MCU controlling pressure sensor and displacement sensor,collecting the pressure and displacement data,calculating anchor clamp efficiency coefficient and the value of total ultimate tensile strain.The test parameters and dynamic load and elongation curve were displayed on LCD.The control software is designed for PC based Visual Basic,with friendly interface and simple operation.
