摘　　要：大学生科技创新能力开发是高校培养创新型人才和提高学生综合就业竞争力的要求。本文通过对校园科技创新现状及大学生科技创新能力指标的调查分析,在总结大学生科技创新能力培养存在的问题基础之上,基于合力促进原理寻求大学生科技创新能力开发的有效途径。Technological innovation of undergraduates is necessary to train innovative talents and improve competitiveness of employment.A survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of technological innovation on campus and index of the ability of technological innovation of undergraduates.On the basis of summarizing problems about training of the ability of technological innovation of undergraduates,we try to find effective ways to explore the ability of technological innovation of undergraduates based on the principle of joining forces.
