摘  要:简述了计算流体力学(CFD)技术在选煤设备开发、研制和结构优化中的应用,通过实例介绍了CFD技术在粗煤泥干扰床分选机研究中的应用。结果表明:通过CFD技术模拟,粗煤泥干扰床分选机内4个区域的流场特点各异,床层区的水流速度出现多处拐点,分选区的速度剖面呈抛物线,入料区的流体分布不均匀,溢流区的水流稳定。基于以上分析,可以通过改进分布器和入料井结构来优化粗煤泥干扰床分选机。The paper stated the application of the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) technology to the development,research and structural optimization of the coal preparation equipment.With the applied cases,the paper introduced the application of the CFD technology to the research on the teetered bed separator of coarse slime.The results showed that with the simulation of the CFD technology,the flow field features of the four areas in the teetered bed separator of coarse slime would be different,the water flow velocity of the bed area would have several inflexion points,the velocity cross section of the separation area would be in parabola,the fluid distribution at the feeding area would be uneven and the water flow at the overflow area would be stable.Based on the above analysis,the improved distributor and the feeder structure could be applied to optimize the teetered bed separator of the coarse slime.
