摘 要:为了降低水厂自用水量,节约水资源,在深圳S供水厂进行了生产废水优化节水的试验研究。通过提出水厂各排泥构筑物的优化节水排泥工况,S水厂的耗水率由原来的3.5%降到了2.1%,水厂节约用水量为42.42×104m3/a,同时每年节省生产成本为49.19万元。S水厂回用工艺每年可以为水厂节省生产成本为48.66万元,节省制水成本为0.013元/m3。因此,建议在深圳等水资源费较高的地区的供水厂内增建生产废水的回收处理工艺。In order to reduce the water consumption at waterworks and save water resources, the experimental study on optimization of treatment residual stream saving was conducted at the S Waterworks in Shenzhen. By optimizing the sludge water conditions, the total water consumption rate of the S Water-works can be reduced from 3.5% to 2.1% , saving water of 42.42 ×10^4m^3/a and production cost of 491.9 thousands yuan per year. The treatment residual stream reuse process can save the production cost of 486.6 thousands yuan per year, and the production cost per ton water is saved by 0. 013 yuan. As a result, it is suggested that the treatment residual stream reuse process is added at waterworks located in areas like Shenzhen with high water resource fees.
