摘 要:通过平板计数法(HPC)、脂磷法(Lipid-P)和脱氢酶法(TTC-DHA)对4种生物滤池中生物量和生物活性的空间分布进行分析,并结合出水水质考察各生物滤池的净水效果。结果表明,4种生物滤池中的生物量(HPC、Lipid-P)呈显著的成层分布,并随滤层深度的增加而降低;在同一滤层高度,球状活性炭滤料的HPC和Lipid-P生物量均高于柱状活性炭滤料的;4种生物滤池的HPC和Lipid-P生物量均与脱氢酶生物活性有较好的相关性(R2>0.706)。球状活性炭生物滤池和强化球状活性炭生物滤池中的标准化生物活性(单位生物量的生物活性)随滤层深度的增加而增加,且球状活性炭生物滤池的净水效果优于柱状活性炭生物滤池的。因此,使用活性炭作为生物滤池的滤料时应合理选择炭型。The distribution of biomass and biological activity in four biological filters was analyzed by heterotrophic plate count (HPC), lipid-P and triphenyl tetrazolium chloride-dehydrogenase activity (TYC-DHA) , and the water purification effect of the biological filters was investigated based on the quality of treated drinking water. The results show that the biomass in four filters is gradually decreased with increasing depths of the filter beds. In the same depth, the biomass in biological filter filled with spherical activated carbon is more than that in biological filter filled with columnar activated carbon. The biomass and biological activity in every filter are better correlated (R2 〉 0. 706). However, the normalized biomass activity in biological filter and enhanced biological filter filled with spherical activated carbon is increased with increasing filter depth, and the water purification effect of biological filter filled with spherical activated carbon is better than that of biological filter filled with columnar activated carbon. Thus, the type of carbon should be reasonably selected when the activated carbon is used as materials in biological filters.
