摘 要:以锯末作为微生物载体,每天定时、定量投加人粪便,考察了好氧堆肥反应器对人粪便中不同有机成分的降解特性,同时分析了反应器内自由空域(FAS)随时间的变化规律。在33 d的试验周期内,好氧堆肥反应器可有效降解人粪便中的有机物,脂类和总糖含量逐渐降低,半纤维素含量则先快速下降后缓慢上升,三者的最终含量分别为1.04、3.39和51.9 mg/g,总降解率分别达到94.70%、78.89%和68%;灰分含量随着反应时间的延长而不断增加。FAS值从反应初期的0.77缓慢下降到末期的0.69,表明在试验周期内始终处于好氧堆肥条件。The degradation characteristics of different organic components in human feces by aerobic composting reactor were investigated using sawdust as microbial carrier and by daily timing and quan- titative addition of human feces. Meanwhile, the variation principle of free air space (FAS) with time in the composting reactor was analyzed. In an experimental period of 33 days, the composting reactor can effectively degrade organic matters in human feces. The contents of lipid and total sugar are gradually re- duced, and the content of hemicellulose has an initial rapid decrease and subsequent slow increase. Their final contents are 1.04 mg/g, 3.39 rng/g and 51.9 mg/g, and their degradation rates are 94.70% , 78.89% and 68% respectively. The ash content is continuously increased with prolonging reaction time. The value of FAS is gradually reduced from the initial 0.77 to 0.69, indicating that the aerobic compos- ting condition is maintained throughout the experimental period.
